Tallini’s Phoenix Bail Bonds offers the most convenient method of getting a friend or family member out of jail – Bail by Phone.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank deposit, wired funds, or even Zelle. Using a credit card may be the simplest method available; we take the inmate’s information and then send you a bail bond Agreement and an invoice via email or text. Once you pay the invoice, a Phoenix bondsman will be on their way to post your bond.
Once the case is over and the court has exonerated and returned the bond to us, we refund your full bail amount. Fees are non-refundable.
How to Pay Bail by Credit Card
Bail by Phone is easy with a credit card. When you first call us, we will ask you for the defendant’s name, booking number, your credit card information, and your email address. We will email you our Bail Bond Indemnity Agreement and an electronic invoice that allows you to enter your card information and pay for the bond. You will need to fax, or email us copies of the front and back of your credit card and a copy of your driver’s license. The bond will be posted after the invoice is paid and we receive copies of your credit card and license.
How to Pay Bail by Bank Deposit
This is our favorite Bail by Phone method. We send you our Bail Bond Indemnity Agreement and provide you with our bank account information (Chase, BOA, Wells Fargo). You obtain a cashier’s check from your bank and deposit the bail amount and fee into our account. Once the deposit has been made the Phoenix bail bonds agent would post the bond.
If you bank at Chase, Wells Fargo, or BOA, the process is even simpler. All you need to do is hand the clerk our account number and the clerk will transfer your funds out of your account and into ours.
How to Pay Bail by Wiring Funds
This Bail by Phone method is a little more involved but works when Chase, BOA, or Wells Fargo are unavailable. We provide you with our routing number and checking account number and you go to your bank and have the bank wire the funds to our account. In most cases we will have out funds within a few hours. Wires must go out before 5:00 PM Eastern Time or the wire will not arrive until the next day. There are no wire transfers over the weekend.
How to Pay Bail using Zelle
Zelle is a service that is offered by many banks. Zelle can transfer small amounts of cash (generally less than $5,000) out of your checking, or savings account, and deposits those funds directly into our account. If Zelle is available at your bank, you can easily set up an account if you haven’t done so already. The nice thing with Zelle is that there are no service fees and all you need from us is a cell phone number.
Bail by Phone using Zelle is the fastest method for posting bonds under $5,000. We email you a 2-page bail bond Agreement and provide you with our mobile cell phone number. You enter our mobile number into your bank’s Zelle account and in a matter of moments your bail is paid and our agent is on their way.
